Getting started isn’t always easy to do. We know this and this is why we created our complimentary SMART START program for all members. When you join Get Fit Athletic Club the first thing you’ll do is sit down with one of our qualified Fitness Coaches as they help you get off to a SMART START with your fitness goals. The smart start is a one hour goal setting and game planning session where we discuss how to get the most out of your membership, introduce you to a personal game plan of attack so you will see real results in the quickest amount of time possible, and help you establish a personalized road map for success. In short, we make sure you’re in a position to succeed right out of the gates.

What is Kickstarter?

This is the most popular program we have. Want to try out our famous personal training program? Sign up for a KICKSTARTER today and receive a special 50% discount on training. THREE personal training coaching sessions for only $75 instead of the regular $149. That’s 3 sessions for $25 a piece. It’s a steal of a deal. The kickstarter is 3 sessions with a fitness coach designed to allow you to try out personal training and find the program that best fits you. The first session is one hour long where we discuss your goals and help you established a game plan followed by a workout session. “I owe my life to fitness! I was never athletic growing up. I was always the child tha was getting made fun of and getting called names for my weight. I DESPISED P.E. class because it was hard for me. I couldn't run, do sit ups, or chin ups. Heck I couldn' even hold my self up above the bar, for the testing. My all time highest weight was 240 plus pounds! Everything that is unhealthy I did it! I smoked, I drank, and I ate fas food all the time. I was addicted to food along with other things. I lost close to 100 pounds and was approx. 145. It was not a healthy loss at all! A little over 5 years ago was blessed to have found my husband! I knew I loved him from the first time I laid eyes on him but... we were both in really bad times in our lives. Quickly we decided we wanted a solid relationship we needed to change. Get Fit has helped us beyond words! Chris had always been a natural at understanding the muscles and the body. He has always been called a "walking encyclopedia for bodybuilding". I have always loved training with him and loved learning from him. Even when I didn't understand what in the world he was talking about. I am so blessed for him to be in my life because without him I may have never found this passion that I have for Personal Training and being the strongest, fittest, and healthiest I can be! One goal for 2014 was to be able to do a chin/pull up. I succeeded! With Chris's help and guidance in the last 28 weeks I have went from 190 pounds and 41 % body fat to approx. 157 pounds and 21 % body fat. My goal being to be as muscular as possible all natural. I hav plans for my first Natural Women's Physique competition in September no matter ho I place to me it doesn't matter because I feel like the winner already!
